Class action lawsuit with CRST

It is not cut and dry. Your right about one thing, your not a doctor or lawyer..

 

Pothole is more right than you may think.
Look at how medical cases are carried thru.
Someone has to front a LOT of money to prove the injuries were brought by the site, with the knowledge of CRST, with malice aforethought.
Proof is VERY expensive. Lawyers aren't going to front that money unless it's a dead bang case. They will require you to do it and when they finally see this case has some merit, they'll convert it to a contingency case, and then if there's LOTS of money, perhaps a class action.
Just look at who has the money to play the game.
The case can go on for years, and probably would.
How do I know? Been there, done that.
Never again!

Is CRST normally a good company? Other than this particular case, which could happen to anyone. You don't always know what previous people have done in a place that you end up buying. Thanks!

 

My personal experience with CRST is that they are not so bad
but if you are a rookie watch out for the oo's who are trainers, these guys think its really cool to sucker you.

 

I have found that to be the case, will all big carriers.. Their so called O/O just use you for a steering wheel holder. They make all they money, while you do all of the work. Well that is driving, they want to do all the backing...

 

Nad that is why new drivers should have a trainer logging on duty in the jump seat oh I don't know, training the new driver

 

what about crst grant scam on students anyone hear a lawsuit on that yet

 

If you are ever stuck at the terminal in Cedar Rapids,there is a nice
grocery store toward the back and easy walk.
The vending machines at that terminal have some decent food and not a bad price.
Come to think of it there was alot of students.
