Companies that offer W2 employment

Hi People,

I decided to apply for a driver job in the company which offers w2 employment. I work for the company at the moment and they employ me as 1099 contractor.

I received my driver licence in august and I have made 4 round trips totaling 25000 miles. I drove on I-40 as well as I-80 and last trip was good experience as I drove in the snow. Can you recommend me a company that might employ me?

The reason I want W2 employment is that now it is good time to buy house on mortgage, next year rates will go up as well as home prices. So if you are 1099 employee banks require 2 year of continuous experience and if you are w2 employee you can get mortgage loan in months

I got job offer, W2, per diem $60, local haul (furthest haul 700 miles), working with dealerships and body shops. Day Cab and they offer hotel and food if I am not back at night, but they promise mostly I will sleep at home.

the driver who previously worked on my position told me he grossed 88K last yer. car is new 2014 Peterbilt and trailer takes 9 cars

I think not bad for my limited driving experience at this stage.
