This may sound rude so please don't take this wrong but, why would another company want to pick up your debt when you can't abide by a contract you signed willingly? I understand that CRST may not be the best but didn't you go in knowing what you were signing?? Commiting to??
    Good luck with the search....

i am assuming that you will not get you certificate of completion from the school if you do not complete the contract sooo NO no no no .... no other company is going to take you with you going to their school first you need to stick it out and get that certificate that is a must

    good luck

They've been hitting Craigslist and Indeed.com down this way bigtime for dedicated runs....

Just made it out of CRST orientation at the Fontana yard today. I feel some of your pain but I need to stay with them for now, as for you, I would try GTI or INTERSTATE (close by to crst) both real good in CA. But don't burn your bridge at CRST it takes a long time to build one. I should know know I'm on my second one ! stay calm if you can, Best Of Luck :biggrin_25510:

CRST has freight, But the question you should be asking is " how do I get my fair share". Hell you're a trained professional team ready and willing to run 1000 miles per day. It doesn't make make good business sense to have your truck sitting and not generating revenue for the Fat Cats back at HQ. Stick a Bug in your DM/FM ear and see if they can work on your loads. If that don't work go up the chain of command until you find someones buttons you can push. POP sez, after your contract is up jump aboard a fleet thats got good freight and run solo 10k per month and the rest will be soon forgotten.
