DDI Transportation in Florida is at bad as it gets.

Work with this company for several years in Orlando FL and now Winter Haven FL as a O/O at CSX intermodal. They fine a way to cheat as much as they can if you don't check your settlement every week. Last year O/O was able take home $1500 to $1800 per week, which they thought was too much for O/O. They used those figures to hire a lot of new O/O and cut the rates on all the loads. Now all the O/O are making between $300 and $900 per week. It has gotten so bad that I have heard of guy taking home $100. My lowest take home was $400.Most O/O are only working 3 days per because they do not have loads for everyone. So much other issues with this company it will take days to list. I cannot wait to get away from them.
