I run locally in Texas with dirt trucks for the most part. I have my own dot and mc number I run under. I have one flatbed that I lease onto a small local company running local. They company I work for only has dot numbers and we don't leave the state. We have looked at going out of state and my question is could we use my mc number? I am legal to go out of state since I moved my trucking company here from out of state so I am already UCR registered.
