Employment History

Put down that you were in school and leave the spot work off the app in the future.
Being in school and not working looks better to HR than being in school and working 6 random ####ty jobs for some reason.

 

Believe me it should be you telling them that you won't work for them.

 

What they are looking for is no more than 3 jobs in 3 years. If you can show that you can stick with a job for more than a year they'll look at you again. They just don't want to see a lot of job jumping in such a short period of time. Plus, if any of that job changing was because you were fired that does look bad as well. How long until your past 3 years of job history would look more like 3 or less jobs?

I would say great option until they run the background and find you just lied to them about your work history. Talk about never getting hired there again.

If you read any of the prime threads from drivers that were in orientation, you'll see that prime will bounce you so fast of they find you tried to lie or mislead them about your background history.

 

Think of all the hoops we jump through to stay away from home, and a 70 hr work week for low wages.

Step up kid! If prime don't want you then go somewhere where they want you. California is a place with so many private companies that they will give you a truck in second. We all make mistakes in life and if trucking is your passion then you' will prevail. Prime sucks anyways. Good luck
