So I had applied to Prime about a week and a half ago. Today I called to check up with them and was told I was disqualified for having 4 or more employers. I am 22 years old. Are they telling me I'll never work for Prime because of poor decisions when I was 16 and 17 and hated working then??

Put down that you were in school and leave the spot work off the app in the future.
Being in school and not working looks better to HR than being in school and working 6 random ####ty jobs for some reason. -
Believe me it should be you telling them that you won't work for them.
BUMBACLADWAR and pattyj Thank this. -

If you read any of the prime threads from drivers that were in orientation, you'll see that prime will bounce you so fast of they find you tried to lie or mislead them about your background history. -
Think of all the hoops we jump through to stay away from home, and a 70 hr work week for low wages.
tommymonza and Blackshack46 Thank this. -
Which state do you live in?
Try some other company schools: -
Step up kid! If prime don't want you then go somewhere where they want you. California is a place with so many private companies that they will give you a truck in second. We all make mistakes in life and if trucking is your passion then you' will prevail. Prime sucks anyways. Good luckSwifty262 Thanks this. -
