That's a common temp for me in the Montreal stop and go traffic with t680 and with my cascadia before that as long as it cools down on the open road I'd say it's ok especially if you drive a emission truck
Engine temperatue around 210

a little late to the party here but that's normal temps for a volvo especially on a warm day.

My 2006 C-15 TT runs 230F oil temp and 210 coolant temp pulling over 90,000 lbs. Engine fan kicks in around 235F.

something happened to me before. I hope it helps...
A D13 engine normally runs at 170. if you go uphill it could be higher. if you are heavy it could be higher. if you run your ac it could be higher. if the outside temperature is over 85F or 90F or 30C it could be higher. the fun will kickin when you reach 210.
I had 2012 Volvo D13. I was on 80 around UT area. Mountains....my temperature is too high. my gasket was broken. all the coolen dumped into the engine. our company had 4 trucks broke down in the same place same problem. I learned that try not to run your ac when you go uphill. specially on a volvo engine.Pullin2 Thanks this. -
