fault code 1239 Acc Pedal or Lever Position Sensor 2 Circuit - 05 Int ISX 400 cummins

i have 2011 international prostar with isx cummins 871

 

Those wires run from the pedal across the dash and out the right side firewall, no connector there, then over the engine to a square looking connector under the wiper motor and down to the ecm. This harness is routed better, but same issues can still be found at bends or curves. Also check the connector under the wiper motor for internal corrosion. You need a 10 mm socket to disconnect it.
