Flags...red or orange?

    About to order replacement red flags. But then I see the orange ones and think they will help me to be seen. Maybe I should get both.

    What color flag does the permit say that must be affixed to the widest point of your load, and/or corners of your truck? Use that color.

    Fully aware of that. But I like the orange so I'll order both. I'll use them when allowed.

    No...some permits specify RED flags, 18x18 squared. IMO, the fluorescent orange is more visible, BUT if the color is specified on the permit as red, I will be using red.

    Yep what triple said. Color required in permit is the color on the load.

    Red is the only color I've seen on permits. I'd stay with red.
