    There are many that will train. I got a job as an agent immediately after graduating with a Supply Chain Mgmnt degree. If you have the drive and customer service skills to keep multiple customers and your carriers happy then you'll probably be able to find a job as an agent as long as you interview well. It really comes down to competence and how well you can work with people - if you can show a brokerage that you're capable of those things, I think you've got a good shot.
