Brake noise can be caused by a number of things. I'm guessing you have drum brakes? Is it a hum or more of a squeal? A hum/chatter I'd be checking lining/drum condition and for a possible wheel seal leak. A high pitch squeal could be a rock/dirt caught in the linings. You can usually see how much lining is left on the drums by looking through the inspection holes in the dust shields.

It's like a hum like you know sometimes when big rigs come to a stop and it's that hum like brakes were pushed to hard but mine does it just about every time

I think you need to have a real tech do a full inspection on shoes, drums, springs, brake chambers etc....kinda difficult to do online here.
