Getting my own authority

I would say that is not a good time to start this business at this time. the load is too cheap.

I have a friend he owns 4 trucks. he did loadlink for a few years. he quit. the load is too cheap he cannot survive. the good part is he got 2 1.5-million house without any mortgage. he's driving a bus now trying to figure how's the business.

I am a company O/O. I don't know if I am doing good or bad. I think I am ok compare to a few years ago. my gross is about 270,000 a year. Dec 28'900 Jan 25'000 Feb 26'000 Mar 32000 apr 25000 may 22000 Jun 20000 July 16000 ( I need vacation for these month) Aug 24800 something like that. I am on 10%. I pay toll, bridge,licenses,insurance (1276) etc. I am about 10'000 per month over all. Jan to Mar I did 31504mi plus 1052 toll miles. Apr to Jun I did 30202mi plus 781toll miles. I am around 9500 to 10000 miles per month. I am not doing too good at least I can survive.

lately it is hard to find load. be careful with your decisions.

 

forgot the fuel part. I do 70% in husky in on. Apr to Jun 11151.65 usd 4712.429 gal. Jul to Sept 7961.93 usd 3230.023 gal. I am around 4000 usd per month. I am running a reefer unit.
