I am looking for opinions, need to make a decision.
I am 74 years old have held a Class 1 licence for 15 years, retired 3 years ago.
I am required to get an annual medical in order to maintain my Class 1.
Used to be...when I was working, that a medical cost about 80 bucks or so, now they want $120.00
and probably going up as we speak...sooooo What do you think???
Should I give it up or hang on to it, and bite the bullet and continue paying for the annual medical?
Just looking for a few opinions, maybe from some guys in the same spot...
Thanks,
SnowDaddy
Give it up...or keep paying???

Shop around... Some still charge less.

Holy crap! Shop around for sure! I just did my medical in Fort McMurray, AB last month and it was under $80 bucks!

I say keep it as long as you can afford to. It sounds like you don't plan on using it again, but you never know when you might want it.
