The world is a gym. Push ups, burpees, trailer mud flap bar pulls up, jumping squats, jump rope, etc. Some say I look retarded doing my workouts at truck stops, but I think you look dumber eating and complaining your down time away.

I had steak at the Outpost Cafe in Hesperia last night. Best steaks anywhere, even there low-cost special 'flat iron" steak is a better cut and better prepared then most any ribeye or top sirloin than you'll get at better steakhouses. Also had a loaded baked potato and grilled corn on the cob and 2 cold beers ..... mmmmm good. I may die earlier then some, but I'll die enjoying good food.

The T/A Petro truck stops have gyms. Not all of em though. They have a Petro T/A directory which shows which of their truck stops have the gyms. It's quite a few.

Definitely true. But running everyday gets boring. Fast paced bodyweight workouts with limited rest times keeps me challenged. Sides, I'd rather not be doing sprint dashes in truck lots or the roads truck stops are normally located. On top of that, when winter comes I can comfortably do a lot of "prison" training in the showers. Thanks to being a smaller guy lol.
