Hello to all! And I thank you for your responses in advance. I have had these codes since summer. Since then, I have had an egr cooler and ECM replaced and I don't understand what's going on. My truck was running fine up until it was stolen. It just started acting weird after I got to the east coast. I went to a cummins shop the other day, and they pulled the same codes that was pulled months ago.
Let me give you the run down. Bought truck in July of 2015. As soon as truck was delivered, engine light came on. Got these codes pulled: Injector Solenoid Driver Cylinder 3- Mechanical System Not Responding or Out of Adjustment
It says that for 1,2,3,4,5 and 6
Shop said truck ran fine and they didn't think it had anything to do with injectors...
Engine light would go on and off at random times...
I drove truck with no problems. Come September, truck was stolen. After they replaced all that was stolen(wheels, tires, and other dumb ####). When I went to pick it up, the engine light that literally says CHECK, was flashing. Freightliner came back saying the EGR cooler and ECM was bad... Once I got that done, within 200 miles, light came back on. Took it back to freightliner and they said something about an injector. I told them screw that and left. I got a trip coming east from Cali last week. Truck ran amazingly well across states until I got to Ga. I started losing power and got that CHECK engine light again. Pulled over and couldn't find anything visibly wrong. Picked up another load going to Carolina, and made it with no problem.(I will say load was very light) and the truck didn't feel like it was running at 100%.
When I got to Carolina, I took it to cummins and they gave me the sheet with the codes they pulled, the same ones from back in the summer( they also had something different to say than Freightliner). They mentioned something about a bad fuel pump and parts of fuel pump breaking off and getting into the engine..
I'm really just wanting to know has anyone else dealt with these codes before. It's a 2011 cascadia with a cummins isx 15 in it. Thanks
Has anyone witnessed these Codes Before

Its a Cummins. See if you can get a DD 15 Detroit, or trade for 1. Not sure about your Warranty. I hate to be a Debbie downer. But you will have nothing but problems with that engine as long as you own it. They won't go away. It only gets worse. I will never drive a truck with a Cummins as long as I'm a truck driver. Headache from the word go with Cummins. Never again. I feel your pain. I've been thru it. Believe me. They are over engendered. Too complexed. Possessed by evil spirits they are. Call a priest and have an exorcism done. That's your only hope. Fill the radiator with holy water too.

Yes, some of the Cummins have ceramic plungers in the fuel pump that can break apart. There is a recall for it. If it goes unoticed the ceramic bits will get into the oil and destroy the whole engine.
The Cummins really cannot stand up to extended oil intervals without gumming everything up, do change the oil often. Although it's probably too late seeing as you got it used.
Look up Rawze dot com. Lots of good Cummins info there.Cummimgs Trucking LLC Thanks this. -

I just got into a 2016 Cascadia with a dd15 Detroit. What a dream. No more dealing with Cummins. To be honest, I believed in Cummins and currently own a share or two of their stock. To recently have my Cummins stock go in the crapper, the company laying off Nationwide and more to come. You begin to see a downward trend in the quality of the isx 15. This can all be looked up. Its no big secret. The company is in a slump, thousands Nationwide laid off and the engines quality has greatly diminished over the past several years. It they don't get this fixed soon, this giant can also fall. Ultimately, its the working truck driver and his family who gets the shaft when were broke down yet again. I see red when that happens. Pun intended.Cummimgs Trucking LLC Thanks this.

IF you bought it in Wisconsin, they have a lemon law for trucks. Is it an old Gordon truck? color looks similar.
