I was driving back from Ottawa to Toronto the other day, and I was behind a guy who looked like he was driving over the rumble strips on purpose. He'd swing over, drive on them for a couple hundred metres, then get back in the lane. Is there a reason to do this, or was he maybe trying to get his dashboard hula girl going?

Windy, sleepy or trying to get you off his back...

I had a trainer that would lock his left arm against the left door with his hand in the wheel so he could try to drive straight while watching his phone and scrolling with his right hand. Only when he started hitting the rumble strip would slowly look up and straighten up a little and do it again.
I confronted him about this and he got angry and said he was skilled enough to do both drive and scroll. I told him if I catch him again I was reporting him immediately. Then I asked him did he do this while I was asleep. He said no. Two nights later, rumble rumble. Luckily I finished training a few days later. This was a 30 year driver, not a newbie.Dominick253 Thanks this. -
