Very fortunately sir, billing isn't my forte. I would pay the feds to have Johnny and Sal released to do my billing collections Lol.
Yes, paperwork is my least favorite.
However,
It's not too bad. Lol.
Its 1250 and we already cleared the route for the day. 4K done in 6 hrs

Glad to hear that you like it! I'm just up the street in Maine and am making the switch to delivering heating oil myself in the next couple weeks. I'll certainly follow this thread to see how you're liking it.

Day 3 in the books.
It's getting easier.
Bosses are surprised somewhat by my quick progression.
I call myself a repetitive learner.
If I do things repeatedly, I learn much quicker.
Doing the north end and beacon hill and Charlestown MA tomorrow.
Really tight narrow congested areas.
Tomorrow will be a test. I've only operated 6 wheel trucks through those neighborhoods.
We will see what the extra axle does.
Plus, they are 3 of the most expensive neighborhoods in Boston.
Especially bacon hill. The state house is up there and so isn't John Kerry, Lol.
Makes for good times -
Could someone explain what the difference between bobtail and transport drivers are when it comes to fuel hauling... Job description in the ads Ive seen makes them seem like the same thing?
-

This was an opportunity I couldn't say no to.
My old boss, and friend put in a word for me.
He and the new boss are friends.
It's different for sure... But ya. Love my tanksChinatown Thanks this. -
And day 1 solo was a success.
Gonna take some getting used to an 02 t300.
Kinda nice to have some simplicity with a truck.
Kitty cat is loud .
Pumps oil.
They took it easy on me.
I did keep pace with my trainer as he and I wound up about 5 min apart. He got to load rack 5 min ahead of me.
Not bad for my 1st day solo.
Hope I pick up my game as I go.
I find it quite amazing how much the northeast still relies on oil.
