Dumb question, I know how much I will make for cpm (cents per mile) but my recruiter told me to ask in orientation for the other pay (detention, layover etc).

I'm in orientation now here at slc and I haven't received a direct answer.
So maybe this can be a sticky. Do we get paid stop pay? Is detention uniform (same at all customers) and how much is it after how long?

How about break down pay or hazmat, Canada etc?
    Thanks!

I will be pulling lightweight reefer

Stop pay i believe is 75 for the first stop and 50 for each additional. Detention is different per customer. I believe they try to bill after 2 hours and its 150 max a day. Dont qoute me on that though.

I would want to know pay details before waisting my time going to some companies orientation... If the recruiter can't provide that information then I don't need to work for them
