How do I stop email notifications?

    I keep getting lots of email notifications everytime someone comments, thanks, or farts on the thread.

    Is there a way to turn it off? Tired of deleting them all. I looked at Alert Notifications but I want those since that shows in the top right corner what's new. I'm talking about receiving the email notifications.

    You'll need to go into the settings/preferences part of your profile to get started. If you're on a computer, point at your username/avatar in the upper right, on a phone, just tap to access it. That will bring up an overlay, then click 'Preferences.' That will bring up another overlay with several different boxes that will need to be unchecked to stop various email contacts.

    Explore other areas of your settings and preferences to stop other email contacts. For example, email from started conversations, mass emails to all members, etc.
