I saw something really bad a trucker trying to get in and out from a carshop in a narrow 2 way street on rush hour with a lot of traffic, he blocked traffic one way while trying to get out and also briefly blocked the second line maneuvering. is that situation the most stressful situation a trucker can get into?

Happens all the time. Even in rural areas in the middle of corn fields you often find warehouses built right to the road and you have to swing across 2-4 lanes of traffic and are almost poking out into traffic when you're in the door.

Inner city deliveries almost universally require backing across narrow roads and blocking traffic. Expect cars to try to zip behind you and in front of you as you wiggle backwards into a tiny alley in Queens.
