    I was following some idiot the other day who'd stomp on it to get around another vehicle, then he'd hit the brakes and match the speed of whoever he was passing once he was about a foot past their bumper, then cut in. One guy decided to hang him out in the oncoming lane by accelerating and not letting him cut over.
