In general, you need to be 18 to drive a commercial vehicle within a state and not cross state lines. To drive interstate; state to state, you need to be 21. Most companies require you to be 21 and a few require 23, and fewer still require you to be 25.
Swift requires you to be 23. Most companies that would be considered starter companies require you to be 21. -
