Idling hate mail from the top??

They are automated messages. Nothing personal about them at all.
It is just like the thanks message for being 100% on time for a certain month that goes out on the 15th of each month.

It is a much simpler program than Plus-1 or the stupid route plan.

I wonder how much Swift has spent (wasted) on worthless programmers and software.
They waste even more by sending out videos on the QC that are so untested that they don't even have audio when they reach the end user.

I won't even go into the condescending attitude so many of the videos have, treating us like we are 3 years old.
(Having the same puppet heads in so many videos saying the same things is just one example.)

 

The lack of audio isn't because of the video but because of the Qualcomm. If you've ever tried to have it "read"your new message as you are rolling down the road, you know that it doesn't work all the time. You have to keep hitting the ####ing button. The videos suffer the same problem. If you ever get one with no audio, exit out and restart and you will get the audio.

That being said, I have to agree on the uselessness of the videos, although the latest one about the HOS rules change was informative. I usually just let the videos play because it's the only way to get it out of the new message que so it don't wake me up in the middle of the night.

 

Depending on the subject I usually don't even let them play. I let it start, then use my finger to drag the cursor to the end, then hit the red X. Matter of seconds and I don't have to endure the 3 chimps with the keeper!

when you park and idle...remove fuse for the qualcomm..idle long as you wish.....and idle time doesnt go up

 

on prostar....seconf row of fuses from the left...second fuse from botton....or unplug power .....from qualcomm box....under the bunk
