2005 International 4300 DT466 about 150k miles.
Starts right up no problem and idles fine.
As soon as you apply throttle it acts like a misfire, stumbles vibrates etc...
If you try to drive it there is a significant loss in power.
I cant find anyone with a similar problem.
There is no smoke to speak of.
When it first happened turning the truck off then back on fixed it.
After about 2 or 3 times of clearing it by turning it off and on again now it won't go away.
Thanks for any help.

Maybe check fuelines, could possibly have one collapsing on the inside cutting off fuel flow. Just a guess though.

A 466 icp sensor or injectors

It is likely faulty injectors. EGR valve will also cause this, but it is normally associated with lots of smoke and hard to start too.

Yes. But that year had a problem with Injection control pressure sensor. Under valve cover. Seen guys change injectors and high pressure pump and not fix that problem. And its cheaper
