    Hey guys,
Lately my A/C will randomly stop working. I'll pull the fuse(F4-M, body controller A/C) and put it back in and it'll start working again for a least 30min. Any ideas?

Usually the body controller sees high pressure and will not allow the a/c to work until the next key cycle. Are you also cycling the key when you pull that fuse?

Is the fan located under the passenger's seat? If so, you could check for dirt, gunk, and grease that could be causing problems.

    Flying240 Thanks this.

No, I drive team so one of us just usually pull it, count 30 seconds and put it back while the truck is moving.

The fan is on the passenger side under the dash and I just replaced it 2 months ago. I also replaced the two sensors by the dryer.

Pulling that fuse should only reset the hvac control module which is where the body controller gets the a/c request from. Maybe that module is faulty.

Where is it located? Is the hvac control module and body controller all in one unit? I was also thinking that the 2 sensors I have replaced previously may have gone bad again sending wrong info to the module. Also is it a typical for the unit to go out?

The hvac module is where the heater controls are. If you are referring to the a/c thermistors, those are inputs to the body controller. The body controller runs the a/c. The hvac module only tells the body controller to run the a/c. Hvac modules do not fail very often.

Even a bad mode door for the blend air or dash selector will keep the compressor from coming on. You need to get a tech with DLB to connect and check for codes and monitor the sensor values. Was the system charged properly when the thermistors were replaced? This system does not like to be over or undercharged.
