Jones Motor? Mercer?

Since when did Mercer start doing the lease purchase scam?

 

Any real reason you don't just BUY a cheap used truck and do a straight up o/o lease?? Of the 2...........Jones would be my choice.........I pull an occasional load for both as an outside carrier.......but would never entertain the notion of a "lease purchase" with either. I'm a little disappointed they are going this route to get help in the door.

 

Don't know buy talked to a mercer driver today that said they had some he was saying his truck and trailer was paid for and still having a hard time no clue how them lease purchase guys can make it.

My first truck three years ago was $7500 and this one same year was $8000 both took a little TLC and fixed a bit each week but they was DOT compliant. Just takes some looking to find a fairly good one under 10k.
