so after getting my least computer savvy driver loaded in SH with the new app, he is pulling out of the yard and the yard attendant drops the gate on the last car on the trailer as he was driving thru.

This is going to be a long day.

that was not the drivers fault, who ever runs that yard is responsible for the damage.

Whether it was his fault or not, still going to cost him and carrier a headache.

Looks like the lot attendant just bought a vehicle.

Yeah no money cost to us just time and now we have to talk this driver thru a damage claim for GM on the other end.

Good to hear your driver wasn't at fault kt. Never know now days seen a guy at purina one night get nailed with an auto gate on the trlr. They blames the driver for not pulling ahead fast enough. It's a crazy world half the problem was the guard always liked to b.s. with drivers and didn't hit the button a second time. Don't know who came out on top but I could easily see how this could be made into a drivers fault quickly
