Are you happy with the pay and the home time and work environment? Both of those trucks are good units for company drivers. Would you be happier if you were driving a peterbilt 389 and could go 80 mph but instead you only were paid 0.20 per mile and they routed you through your house once a year?
Lots of things to consider, more than just the truck they provide.
Generally trucks that also take DEF are somewhat more reliable than their predecessors. -

Don't worry about what truck you get, just work with whatever you're given.

Yes, later in life, you will look back and realized how much of the big pictured was missed because of focus on the trivial.....

When you're young and full of......
you care only for what you think is the best of the best.
When you're older
you're done being full of......
and you WANT the money and benefits and a reliable truck that has a few dents and dings and scratches on it, for as long as the truck runs, you'll take an older jalopy

Not everyone is out here just for a job. I got into trucking because it was something I wanted to do as long as I can remember.
I wouldn't do this if I didn't drive a nice truck. I guess maybe I'm lucky that I have an awesome truck and above average pay? -
I am with you man, I wouldn't go to a company I didn't see with good equipment. I am for the job but not only the job I am looking forward to the experience.MJ1657 Thanks this.
