I have a 94 W900 with the old style sleeper and it started leaking water between the cab and sleeper. Is it typically the boot seal or the window seals that cause this? If it's the boot how much of a pain is it to replace? Do we need to slide the sleeper backward or can it be done in place?

Piece of cake. Just takes times to remove and replace a boat load of screws. Remove upholstery if you have it. Remove screws. pull off old boot. Put new boot on. Then screw away. Follow the instructions that come with the boot.

On my 93 w9 or was just the boot. The rubber gets hard after so many years and no longer flexes so leads to leaks. Very simple to replace, just take out the three zillion screws and pull it out.
