    Hello everyone!

Recently I have set up my own small company and already have a driver interested in lease purchase of one of my trucks. Since I am trying to keep my costs low, it would help me a lot if anyone of you could send me a lease purchase agreement that you have signed with one of the big companies on the market. I would like to "adjust" their agreement to my needs and trying to avoid the expensive lawyer fees.

Thank you in advance and drive safe!

If you take someone else's legal documents (lease agreement) and 'alter' them.... you are in fact practicing law without a license. Unless you're a lawyer... I'd hire one.

seems most of practice law with out a license on a daily basis, too bad we don't get Sunday's off. I wonder if he could read the lease to give him some sort of direction/idea before consulting a lawer? perhaps they have contracts on the shelf with same fine print.

I still say you're better off being properly represented. Legal websites offer some pretty generic crap.
