I know that you are obviously the one who gets bent over and humped. Some companies would love to see a moron like you coming to work for them, and really loving it even more when you left. After costing them lots of money. You apparently think trucking companies are Gods. And must really love supporting their wrong doings and what not. You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Maybe in a case you would be in. Things would be the way you say. I am sure you wouldnt be smart enough to detail and keep track of all the stuff. As far as anybody knowing when calls are recorded, and states and all that. They call my phone, they know its being recorded. Plain and simple. Now go on and find something more fullfilling to do with your corporate mouth, ok chump?

You are a complete moron. Times have changed since the 1940's when you must have been in a similar situation. #1, their records will be a matter of a court in no time anyway. In order for DOT to enforce compliance against their asking and demanding drivers to run illegal loads. Secondly, no, dont need a court order. Attorneys do it all the time. Third, I never said it wouldnt cost anything. I am sure there is some precentage attorney out there who would be eager to help. And if not, it doesnt matter because once things turn out against the company they have to PAY all those costs. You apparently know nothing court. You sue somebody, and they are found at fault for whatever reason. They are liable for all your expenses in getting whatever done. Had they just pulled their heads out of their rear you wouldnt have had to take it to court anyway. -
OK, Jokes over. Who are you? Must be a comedian, but which one ?? You had me going there for a while. Funny !!!!!!!! Now, after Swift, JB Hunt, Arrow, Western Express, you really need to take a break. Good Luck !!!
