Yeah. Sorry to hear that nightmare. You have to supervise the shop.
Went to a Freightliner dealer to get my Park Smart heater fixed. After a couple of hours I went into the shop to check on things. I found the tech in the sleeper under my bunk with my stuff all over the place. I said " excuse me, the heater is under the sleeper on the outside". He looked at me, the manager comes over and I show them where the heater is under the truck. The manager comments " oh that looks like fun". 3 hours later they tell me they need another day because they don't have the correct connector for the diagnosis device. I said what have you been doing all this time? You should have known this this morning. I told them to wrap it up, I've got loads to move. He said he needs to complete the warrantee work to get paid for their hours invested. I said sorry, but my you incompetence is costing me too much money. God!

yup for my B service and "fuel pump" that took them two days in Carlisle.
Now at this other Kenworth place it took them 13 hours to figure out I had fuel spraying everywhere and to change a fuel line from something Carlisle screwed up.
Day two here took them 8 hours to remove the clutch and I just called and they won't know anything till tomorrow.
    Fun times.

    Hegemeister Thanks this.

looks like I'm going to be stuck here for a long time.
It takes Kenworth days just to remove a clutch.

Have you looked under your truck??? With all that emission crap, you can't even see the transmission. They have to remove all that stuff to be able to pull the tranny out. God what a nightmare!!!
