I can't possibly take into account how long each stop will take to unload. U can have all day to make 2 stops 10 miles from each other looks good on the rate con but if stop 1 takes 7 hours to unload your sol u can't just do it in your head. Biggest part of this is OK so they can't get to me today I del tomorrow. Nope making me wait a week I'm sorry that was unforseen even walmarts never done that to me

The problem with multi drop loads you can be on time and get 1 stop that holds you up and now your late for the next drop.

I communicated everything every step if the way to the broker. Advising the customer is there job. That's why most brokers don't give you there contact info they don't want you to contact the customer.

How about a cross dock in the area that could unload, store it for a week and then read deliver on one of their trucks

How far are you from home? Do you have a dock you can take the stuff off and keep it there? If that option is available I would call them and have them reschedule it for a 5 weeks from now or more. Tell them you don't have time for this and wasn't in the agreement. Maybe you can get the shipper to call them and tell them to take the few pallets off.
