I have replaced the low pressure line 3 times on my 2014 W900. It breaks right where it connects to the compressor. Kenworth says it's a known problem but can't seem to help me fix it. Any ideas?

How is it breaking? Hose or the metal fitting? May have to fabricate a support bracket to take some of the stress. Do you have photos of the compressor and hose?

It breaks right above where it clamps to the compressor. The line is fully supported with brackets and I have made sure there is no bind. Kenworth says it is an ongoing problem.

Could the hard line be too rigid? Maybe it needs a piece of rubber line crimped in it to allow for the engine movement?
