Sounds like you have a short somewhere. Something is grounding that shouldnt be. Use a multimeter to check for continuity in your setup. Check your coax..ive bought shorted coax brand new off the shelf... Ex:The center of the coax should not have continuity with the outside of the connector.

Coax is good. I'm starting to think the antenna is junk

You usually have to trim a Wilson whip. It will probably measure about 62". Is your SWR highest on the upper channels?

Looks like a truck stop coax...those are often junk. Start there.

Also, I get the idea that this is your personal pickup... if so, get flat-braid straps, at least 1/2" wide but preferably 1" wide...and bond everything possible that's metal together. Bond the body to the frame, bond the bed to the frame, bond the hood and doors to the body, bond the tailgate to the bed, bond the exhaust system and engine to the frame. The engine may be attached to the frame already...likely with a 1/4" flat-braid...which won't quite cut it for RF, needs to be at least 1/2" and keep the runs short.
Connex_runner Thanks this. -
I just returned the antenna and went to movin on CB shop in Anna Ohio and got a Wilson 5000 roof mount.
All problems solved, it's been "professionally" tuned and it's sitting at 1.2:1~.1 swr and back to talking 20+ milesBout Z Thanks this. -
