    So just out of curiosity what you yall usually average with those 379 and do you idle or have apus? I'm thinking tmc idles but I can't remember.... also at what speed 65?

    I'm guessing down hill with a tail wind... I can only go 65 and I usually pass them, granted I think their owner ops are ungoverned

    I have a 1991 379 with a 3406b engine. If I dont exceed 68 I can get 6mpg. Taking off easy and driving civilly. If I go over 70 , Ive been as low 5.3mpg.
