I don't think you can put in cab, cause is consider explosive.thats my opinion.
-
I dont see why not, however if your company has some type of policy against it then Its just a "will I get caught" call. I'd garb them and have fun.
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
Sure you can put it in the cab if you are brave. I believe that transporting explosives across state lines without hazmat in a commercial vehicle is, well going to get you in a heap of trouble if you get caught. Same thing if you try to stash it in the trailer.

I know in quantity there definitely classified as explosive and or hazardous but was curious abouta small amount for personal use like you would carry in your personal car seeings is this is my personal truck and id be buying for my self and personal use if there were any laws or regs or anyone with first hand knowledge

Im not commercially transporting them is what im getting at I own the truck so its personal or am I wrong ?

They are a class 1.4 low explosive that falls under consumer fireworks. As far as shipments go on 1.4 it's >1000 lbs as a reportable quantity. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.5 are the any quantity ones that are bad.
They aren't being hauled in commerce. Just haul them in your cabinet out of sight and it shouldn't be a problem. Cars haul them everyday this time of year. There is nothing in the federal regulations that cover that that I'm aware of. Your concern would be more of MN state law than federal law.greenmile_08 and grizzly Thank this. -
