I have 2 weeks left in School in Portland and am wanting to go with May as I have a good friend working there. Just wanted to thank all of you guys for the in's and out's, the good and bad with companies. I hope to meet you guys out on the road some time, have a great day.

That is cool, I wish you well with MAY I have not heard much about them but I have heard their benefits are not that good. Good Luck out there, Stay Safe G.O.A.L. don't get lazy! It may be a person that you not run over by GOALing! Be careful in Truck Stops!

Western Pacific, only 5 miles from where I live, how do you like it so far?

I only drove for May about 4 months, then I went to Schneider for a regional job to get home more, the OTR lifestyle was not for me.
May was an ok company for a starter, only real complaint was their medical insurance was piss poor.
I've been driving for Walsh Trucking hauling woodchips two years now and I've got three years in as a driver, I like being home every night.
