All I can say is I am glad I am a company driver and I didn't have to buy them. I don't even know what it cost. But man are these good in the snow and ice.[IMG]

Prob around 3800$ or so, depending on discounts and what not. Honestly you save over the 2 or 3 years it takes to ware the current set down. Then its not really a hit so much and its one you were expecting.

Those look an awful lot like a BFG DR 444. Company I worked for previously used those or the DR 675. I think they got the 444's for something like $535 per tire - new valve stems and all fees included. Set of 8 for the drives ran the company around $4,300 or so.

That depends on the maintanance. Don't check wheel bearing tightness, shocks, and alignment. Them tires will be shot after 6 months.

One would think. BUT, very seldom happens.

Other then oil changes. Maintanance isn't a priority with companies.
If the truck isn't broke, it's going to work.

I'm talking about O/O's or L/P's in gen. :) we all already know that megas among other company's just go on a premise of wait until it breaks before we fix it.
