I talked to Schneider recruiter, she said since I've drove within past 10 years all I have to do is go with trainer and don't have to go to cdl school. My question is, what other carriers do this? Most make you reattend school. Thanks.
No refresher cdl class required after 6 yr?

Some will look at 10yr history, some 5yr, most 3yr. Coal City Cobb will let you run hazmat tankers if you have 2yrs experience in the past 10. A lot of companies offer a 1 week refresher followed by running with a trainer if you don't have recent experience. Western Express does, maybe @Chinatown will chime in with a few others. Schneider isn't a bad gig though, they are stable and have decent pay/benefits.

Some carriers make a determination on a case by case basis. The carrier might look at two applications that are pretty much the same and then reject one and hire the other. The carrier doesn't have to explain the decision.
