    SOLOYMI INC - CHICAGO BASED TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR OWNER OPERATOR DRIVERS - DRY VAN/FLATBED

    100% OWNER OPERATORS, NO COMPANY TRUCKS

    SPECIAL DEAL FOR SAFE AND EXPERIENCED DRIVERS ONLY
    GROSS AVERAGE $6600 ON 2900 MILES PER WEEK – DRY VAN
    CURRENT DRY VAN AVERAGE: $2.28

    COMMISSION 12% PLAN
    – Commission 12% of gross rate
    – Trailer rental – $700 a month with insurance
    – Insurance – $700-$1200 (depends on driving record)
    *no special terms for this plan

    FIXED $1.65 PER MILE PLAN
    – No Commission
    – No Trailer rental charge
    – No Insurance charge
    *minimum 10000 miles per month to qualify for this plan

    So folks can see you're a 2 year old company with a horrible csa record, which when combined with a Chicago base & Slavic management, conjures the image of a chameleon carrier.

    Where does all this negativity come from? You don't know anything about me and judge me.
    If anyone have any questions he can call me directly on my phone. I work with all brokers and never messed up regardless of my csa rating. And honestly I would never in my life hire such negative people like you or the previous poster or any other. Have a nice day and please do not post here and judge anymore

    They are judging your company based on your horrible csa rating.
    Someone with less experience may look at your ad and think its s great deal. They may not know how to look up csa ratings. There are guys on here that will do that for them.
    It's the great part about this site. Drivers look out for other drivers.

    Your company record indicates that the drivers you have working for you are not following the rules. Good owner ops will not want to associate themselves with a company that can not control its drivers. The only drivers you will attract are those that can not find work with companies that value their CSA score.

    Your CSA record shows you have poor self management skills and your drivers are out of control. If your company continues on this path you may find it difficult to acquire affordable insurance,.. or to be insured at all. DOT audits will certainly become a serious burden for you to try to stay in business.

    Negative comments from drivers on this forum seem to be the least of your problems.

    I have excellent rates for insurance, excellent load rates, excellent brokers that I work with, actually I work with all the brokers on this planet . If you are a safe driver you don't have to worry, if you are stopped at weight scale and pass you will get rewarded by the company. By the way I fired all bad drivers and now are looking to get excellent ones and fix my CSA score.

    I don't think it's ok for all of you to start bombing my tread with negative comments and judge me. If so than you should post all your driving records and PSP records so we can be even

    What I said was not meant to bash you. I know it was harsh and not very friendly. I only spoke the truth.

    You will have some heavy opposition finding good honest drivers until your CSA score improves. That can only happen after some time unfortunately.

    It only takes a few drivers to really tear apart a good company.
