    Hello,
    My boss is looking to get into the hotshot business hauling high end vehicles in an enclosed trailer and he wants me to drive for him. He is offering me 15% of every load plus perdiem. Is that a good pay rate??

    Underpaid.

    Should make at minimum 20% of each load with some kind of bonus structure in place so that 25-30% is possible if you hustle/avoid damage & minimize preventable equipment repairs.
