No, there never is an excuse to trash a place. However, this Pilot seems to me to have a very unwelcoming atmosphere. I used to get in their on deliveries. Never did see it when it wasn't a pig sty. Cramped, crowded, dirty, understaffed. . .

Perhaps morale is low, under staffed ? It is very busy inside. Bus loads busy. I'd rather not add anything to the mayhem.

There is a Walmart on the other side of I-15 close.. You two could always meet there. Grab a few groceries and drink, have a picnic and shoot the breeze, catch up or what have you..

I almost stopped at that St. George Pilot last night but decided to push it a little further down 15. Ended up at the Moapi Travel Center a little bit into Nevada. Had a great meal and one of the best showers I've seen on the road for only $7 bucks. Was pleased with my decision. Now after reading about that St. George Pilot, i'm doubly pleased.

I have stopped there on occasion, BUT, I never park in the lot, usually just fuel and park, always go around and back out onto the street to park, never spent a night there, too many other places available, but that used to be our last available fuel stop before the Pilot North of Vegas.

Whenever I shave or brush my teeth at a truck stop I take a paper towel and cleanup the sink before and after. Once I did this when a cleanup guy came in and stopped dead in his tracks in shock that anyone would do that.
