I can't imagine what info they got worth any money to a third party. According to our meta study truckers love subway and bungee straps.

You would be surprised, knowing buying habits of age/sex demographics, how well certain products in certain area sell, average amount spent on items, along with all the other metrics are quite valuable to retailers and marketing companies now days. They aren't just looking at what random trucker at pilot in BFE bought. They are looking at the data as a whole and forming sales, ads, and other marketing towards that. The future isn't weekly or monthly sale items like you have now, it targeted sales to small groups loaded directly to the card or even hourly sales when they know they have a large segment that typically buys those items in the stores.

This forum is making money of you because yesterday your searched on google "tire shop", and you're going have advertisements on it from google. Every company does this. It's why you should have two emails. An important email, and an email to sign up for websites, cards, forums, social medias, porn, or whatever. Let all the junk go there and never check it.

Send junk mail to my postal box, you get it back.

Real simple, open mail, take out return envelope, stuff with unread junk sent, put back in mail box.

A win win for almost all. I get rid of trash that I would have to recycle, post office gets paid twice.

    Mattflat362 Thanks this.
