Porter Capital/ Factoring

Porter Factoring offered me a non recourse at 3.95 %
No Monthly minimum
30 contract, if I renew it stays 3.95
Com data prepay card
Supposedly all fees disclosed up front. Said I was looking for recourse n he said that's 4%. They are running a special for the month on new non recourse costumers, normally 5%.


Can anyone tell me there experience with them before I try them? I'm not looking to factor allot just for monthly cash flow as the last few months have been slow.
