    Hi Mark you helped me a few years back with my sound on the 510, I have a 720 now and cannot keep a good connection. Will pug it in get the red light, it will move a little bit and go out. When I touch the cord will come back on or shut off. If I get the right pressure on it, will keep working. I read and old post that you should see 5 gold pins looking out at you. It looks like I might be missing one. Can a computer repair place put a new port in. Or would it need to be sent to you
