Prime is terrible.

1. How did you speak to them?
2. Who specifically did you speak with?
3. What did you say to or ask them? (Specifically)

Just an honest opinion; Prime may be a starter company~granted. They are NOT that easy to get into. Nope, I've never worked for them, either. FedEx Linehaul was my OTR indoctrination. I see Prime drivers often, and they seem to have their $h*t together; I could be wrong; maybe it's just the image they portray by fueling and moving; not hanging in the fuel island for a Subway ~ I've never had an issue or encountered a Primey that seemed to "break" any of our rules.
