    So I upgrade to a solo driver Monday and was curious if anyone had any info on the upgrade process there. I will be going lease.

    Should be same. Smith system, CBT's, and simulator test. Ace II for going lease. Then, availability of trucks.

    Have heard there may be some delay on trucks there, recently.

    Yeah, that tends to happen at all the terminals at times.

    We have a boatload (truckload?) of drivers, both new & established, coming in for first leases and renewed leases constantly. Plus, all the company trucks........it's kind of mind boggling.

    I think we are the trucking industry version of "The Cookie Monster", as far as trucks go!

    Seems that way, as long as I get a truck I'm happy, prefer new but if I can find a good used one it's not gonna hurt my feelings
