"Rosemella" I've called it for years, Rotella just plain stinks IMO.
Besides the stuff sinking, I didn't get good results on my oil analysis years ago with the stuff and always had to add oil between changes. When I got rid of the Rotella , it fixed the whole thing.

after rotella oil change it smells like when you put vegetable oil in preheated pan. that smell usually disappears 2-3k driving.

I'll use Delvac or Delo. Usually prefer Delvac (Mobil).
I the old truck I changed to Amsoil but there is limited selection from them for newer emission trucks...

I was using Delvac in DD15. the breather's bottom tube was always wet and after parking I cold see oil drops on floor and little smoke was coming outside. Switched to rotella and no more wet brother tube and oil drops on floor.

    Update...
The smell disappeared after few hundred miles. So apparently , if you get bad exhaust smell inside your truck right after an oil change, no need to panic , it will eventually go away. If you can locate the source of smell and clean it, even better. If not, be patient...

I run Mobil delvac 1 le 5w30 which is a full synthetic oil and every single time I do a oil change, I get this burning fiberglass smell for the first while.
