    You buy me a Tuna steak and I'll use that rib-eye as a wheel chalk!

    As far as chicken.... if I didn't cut the head off and strip the feathers I'll skip it. I've seen too much. Same goes for eggs, kinda. Beggars can't be choosers, eh?

    The food list that I got after having my gallbladder out last summer, lists red meat from leanest to fattiest, Sirloin is top on that list of approved. Didn't have my first ribeye or NY steak, that didn't make me sick, until Christmas, took my body that long too adjust to it, and I buy most of my red meat from a butcher shop, that normally uses grass fed.
